Sunday School in Bloom

Today’s Sunday School lesson was Growing in Christ. Among the scriptures the children read today:

See! The winter is past;
    the rains are over and gone.
Flowers appear on the earth;
    the season of singing has come,
the cooing of doves
   is heard in our land. (Song of Songs 2:11-12)

The desert and the parched land will be glad;
    the wilderness will rejoice and blossom.
Like the crocus, it will burst into bloom. (Isaiah 35:1)

Flowers helped the children learn about growing in Christ today. Are you intrigued by the activities children share in Sunday School? Do you want them to grow in Christ? Then bring your children or grandchildren to Sunday School. Don’t deprive them of the blessing of being loved by God and sharing that love with each other!

    What amazingly beautiful passages from the Bible for an important and meaningful Sunday School lesson. Thank you, teachers and parents.
