Sunday School

See what our Sunday School is up to. And it’s a lot of great fun while learning wonderful things about God and their lives. Come and be part of it. We welcome all children, ages 4-10.

Learning profound truths with icons and creativity! The older children explored the theme of Mary as the Khora, the Land of the Uncontainable, inspired by a recent Bible Study and a famous icon in the Church of the Khora in Istanbul (the city known in older times as Constantinople).

Prosforo. The children learned how to prepare loaves of prosforo! Read more here.

A wonderful, creative morning in Sunday School. We encourage all the children of our parish to come and share the adventure of knowing Jesus!

Holy Trinity Sunday School provides a welcoming place for young children to gather together to learn the Orthodox Christian Faith.  The children learn the teachings of Christ as a way of life.  The teachers and children have conversations of faith, asking questions and sharing stories.  Prayer brings them closer to God.  The children participate in the Divine Liturgy by serving in the altar, and singing in the Choir.  The children learn to work together and use their talents to serve God and others.  God’s love is with them always.
