Wellness Wednesday Program & Luncheon

The presenter will be: Massage Therapist and Esthetician, Shawn Leighton from Massage Envy in South Portland. This will be a very informative, educational program explaining the natural health benefits of Massage. The program will give information on how to incorporate massage as part of a healthy living style. We will have a free one-hour massage gift card to raffle and information on World Wellness Weekend being held September 21 and 22nd.
